Applying to live at Braamfontein Gate is easy! We have short and long term accommodation available.

Please visit us at the building and our friendly property managers will show you the different apartment options which are available and will guide you through the application process.

For long-term leases, we require you to fill in an application form and submit your latest 3 month’s payslips, bank statements and a copy of your ID. Once submitted our office will process your application and draw up your lease agreement.

The short-term accommodation is run through the Homii app which you can download from your App store on your phone. For short-term rentals (month to month), there is no application form, no credit checks and no leases. You simply pay each month for your stay.

Your rental deposit is calculated at 1 month's rent of the apartment you have chosen. There is no deposit required for short-term rentals

❯ What size are the apartments and what are the prices? We have 1 and 2-bedroom apartments apartment available for long-term lease. Starting at R4,000 for some 1 bedroom units. 2 bedroom units starting at R6,000 per month.
